A full 50-minute session designed to support your emotional wellbeing, personal growth, and clarity. Whether you're navigating life transitions, stress, or deeper challenges, counselling with me offers a safe and compassionate space. Available online or in-person (Wednesdays in Kumeū).

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. This allows us to offer the appointment to someone else on our waiting list.
