Kia Ora

I’m Leticia (she/her), originally from Brazil, and I’ve been calling New Zealand home since 2017. My own journey has shown me that true well-being isn't just about one thing – it's about how your mind, body, and work and purpose all fit together.

That's why I offer an integrated approach, bringing together my experience as a Counsellor, Health Coach, and Career Coach. I believe that small, strategic "tweaks" can lead to big transformations. Whether you're navigating emotional challenges, looking to improve your health, or seeking career clarity, I'm here to guide you.

What Guides My Practice

I'm deeply inspired by Carl Jung's words: “Learn your theories as well as you can, but but as you touch a human soul, be just another human soul.”

This reminds me that at the heart of my work is genuine human connection. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you feel truly seen and heard.

Background and Experience

With over 20 years of professional experience in Human Resources and areas related to mental health and well-being, I've seen firsthand how interconnected our work and personal lives are. I've spent years fostering positive environments and supporting people through life's ups and downs.

Now, in my private practice, I get to work one-on-one with amazing individuals, helping them make those impactful "tweaks" that lead to lasting transformation.

I am a Professional Member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC), Health Coaches Australia and New Zealand (HCANZA), and the Brazilian Association of Psychology (CRP 04/25333).
